Each year we invite graduates to our scheme to embark on an exciting career path. Throughout our four rotational placements within the Assets Directorate, you will gain valuable experience, training, and mentorship to explore different teams, develop competence, and set your career in motion in 24 months.

Recruitment Process

The Graduate Scheme usually go live from September to November for a start in the next September. You will be asked to complete an online application and attach a copy of your CV. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to an assessment centre to really get to know you. During the process, we'll keep you posted on how things are going every step of the way.
